KDE and Gnome are desktop environments. They use
different window managers by default - KWin for KDE
and Metacity for Gnome. What you need is to change the
window manager, probably with WindowMaker you'll get
the desired effect.

I found the reason, and how to solve it...
The thing is, that everytime something with Alsa/oss try to use it
without freeing the device after it finish using it, I can not access
the device.
I found that if I'm able kill/close the connection I need to wait
until the system free the resource p

Install adblock plugin, and remove all the flash commercials from the
page and tabs. You will get a cleaner page that also does not take 100% CPU.
