To distinguish, in Hebrew Unicode text, between quotation marks (מרכאות) and
gershayim (גרשיים), I have been using for the opening quotation marks the
unicode DOUBLE LOW-9 QUOTATION MARK U+201E (Windows-1255 0x84) and closing
quotation marks the unicode LEFT DOUBLE QUOTATION M
I did it initially, but barak changed something, I'm not sure if the IPs of
their servers or something else and it got the whole thing messed up again. Took
me some time to figure out the reason (since the first time I used directions
that gave explicit IPs).
