After I tried using Dekel Tsur's guide to using hebrew truetype fonts with
teTex 3.0 with no success (due to directory and configuration file changes
in the new version) I wrote an updated version of the guide.

I install extensions, but check what they do... Of course, with popular
extensions you can rely on the fact that somebody else checked them, but
when it goes to your bank account, you cannot be too careful.
