would be quite cheap if you want some basic site. I host my site with
them, and I am quite satisfied. Naturally, the cheapest shared Apache
account has it's limitations, but for $3 a month or so you wouldn't

Is it specifically important for you that the hosting facility is in
Israel?
Hosting in the US is generally cheaper (as bandwidth is cheaper).
