Is there any easy (or not so easy) way to send MIME encoded subject
headers in mutt? I've gone through the mutt manual, but haven't find any
clue. MIME encoding is supported quite nicely for reading messages
though.

It's not a mail loop there was some problem with our exim server this
late morning and during recovery somehow few messages got resent.
if email keep reboncing I'll check it again
