I'm trying to translate an SGML document written in English to Hebrew,
intended for generating HTML later with jade (through docbook2html).
Where can I specify that the resulting HTML document will be in UTF8
encoding (meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=utf-8"), and
