Try running ctime(time(0)) (for example) before you read the "tzname"
variab
note that the binaries are for qt2, the spec in side somehow does not compile
the package for qt3. I managed to compile qt3 rpms on a mdk8.1 kde3.01 by
modifying the spec file a little bit. If someone wants I can upload them
somewhere.

Why aren't bouncing users automatically removed? If the users don't work
for the company any more, their email addresses should bounce. If it
does, the mailing list software should have some handling of that (ezmlm
sends another probe after a week, and if that bounces, removes from the
list).
