I used a KDE, GNOME, e.t... Englightenment not crash ( i don't need here
debuging options ).
What you need from window manager...? Perhaps 'windows' better choice?

The system in trouble is based on SuSE 6.1 .
A third IDE HD was added as hdc- there were already other two--and
linux was on the second one, as hdb1- to hdb3.
The mount procedure went wrong (long story) and now the machine boots
itself only in "maintenance mode", while it recognizes only hdb3

It's slow! Matrox G400, AMD 800 Mhz, 320MB RAM - is this considered fast
machine? yet their CVS tree compile version is SLOW compared to my all
bloated KDE with all the colours, debug enabled version...
