whenever I open the pptp tunnel.
Can anyone from actcom say anything about their DSL-client IP assignment
criteria? is it per-user? is it somehow time-oriented? is it going to

Do file a bug report. Also, posting this to a more debian related mailing list
might unshed the mystery. Both actions can yield a better response then mine
and/or have the maintainer be more aware to the problem.

I'm having a very weird problem with my adsl line
and debian linux.
I cannot download more than 30k/sec in one
download... 33k/sec to be percise.
If i open another session of download, i can have
