Problem unsubscribing

I am moving my Email accounts around, and I want to unsubscribe this mailbox from this list, but each time I try, I get a Unsubscription confermation Email that I have to send a message back to listar, but each time I try, it comes back undelivered. I have tried a few times over the past few days.

I have a strange problem sending to the list. I sent a message about my fir ewall problem three times and it didn't arrive at the list. But I sent a short **test** message and it arrived immediately. Is there a size filter on messages to the list? My message was about 20K since it included a few
