Until last week not all of the ISP charge for the connection (as a guest),
but now since they all do I need to pick one.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

I can't know in general but for me it increased the tnt2 preformance.
and actually fixed a LOT of bugs it had.it now works amazlgly
so if you exause me I'm going to lokigames to download few demos;)

Just to let you know - the new NVidia drivers (0.9.6) got a serious bug which
reduces performance of Geforce 2 and GeForce 2 ultra. So don't install it.
