this happend to me on the 1 week that i was connected to internet gold.
the problem is with the isp, because with other isp's (like actcom, which
i am using right now) this is not happening.

you can't telnet to that user, the modem is part of his internal network,
and he need to telnet it from computer in his internal network to access

I am not using Izahav as they are not free anymore.. nonstop works fine,
(as long as they do not lose their internet connection completely..).

second, and in Israel it's twice faster).
However - when I surf to sites outside Israel - it seems I got 3 out of 5
times - time out...
