Regarding licq, there is a version of it on ftp.linux.org.il that supports
bidi internally, thus cancelling the need for biditext.
Regarding mozilla, use konqueror :)...

Bezeq do not commit to any service, and reduced their claim from x300
speed to x10 speed. do not expect to do real videoconf with ADSL (and your
lower limit for REAL good video conf will be 720 Kbs).
