Are you querying because you want your machine to get installed or due to some

Have you entered the DNS servers in /etc/resolv.conf ?
Try 'ping 194.90.1.5'.

I can ping to the ADSL Modem (ping 10.0.0.138 yields good retults),
and even pptp reports "connection established" or so, but it doesn't
work:
ping or telnet to any host says unknown host.
