KISDN doesn't recognize sound

Hi All, I've installed KISDN and it works, but when launched it displays a warning about sound not installed (which isn't true - sound configured and working fine). This is on a SuSE 6.2/KDE 1.1.1, sound card Creative Vibra 128. Any ideas? TIA

I havn't tried this, and I don't know id it will work at all, but you can get semy wysiwyg (it just gives you a better idea of what you typed). If x-symbol works with mule (I don't know) and if you can find out how to disable charachter replacement (for charachters with ascii code higher then 127)
