Not a solution but perhaps a work around for installing DDD.
Debian has a ddd-smotif package. You might want to check it.
And I do not think it is off-topic.

Actually ghost can do much more than this,
it compresses the resulting image file, and it can
resize partitions on the fly (the types that it knows,
of course) when you open the image files later.
The compression you can get with dd as well,
augment it with gzip:
dd if=/dev/foo | gzip - > fooimg
Since adding a user basicly means writing to
/etc/passwd (or /etc/shadow, or whatever) on
most single-server environments, you can't.
You can obviously make adduser suid, but that
would be fatally stupid since then anyone will
be able to create a root accout (I wouldn't

Definitly, through JDBC.
There are two JDBC implementations that I'm aware of,
both are linked from the MySQL site (one of them
is called twz1jdbcForMysql - bloody freaks).

Yes, there are (tw, maybe only one) Java JDBC interfaces to Mysql - search
freshmeat. Never used them, just Perl and PHP3.

Hi,
I just read that in the next comdex (Nov. 30 - Dec. 2nd) John "Mad Dog"

I just have a small idea:
How about setting up a meeting with Linux-IL users and with John?
Why am I mention it now? cause I know it takes us a LOT of time to set

Ah, now I see. I still use 2.2.9, so that's why I never saw those effects.
