You may be surprised but actcom gives a FULLY functional Shell on their
system (it is included in the unlimited hours $35 inc. VAT)
even though they are running Digital Unix (SUNOS UNIX) wich is a hella
system, it has all the development to compile programs.

as far as I know - no one will give you a shell acount, and no one is
planning to give to anyone a shell acount here..
