Dear Eran there is no problem what so ever to compile isdn4kutils on both of rh 5.2 and 6.0 I do it almost twice a week. There is nothing to fix with includes other than to read the FAQ and to choose right option in the nice menuconfig. As for installation of those, you have to install the manual

I'm pretty sure your problem is with the bigger then 8G HD. I've seen cases where the installation on such big drives fails. Just put in a smaller drive and install on it and it should work. FYI. I've seen similar problems with NT on these drives during installs. I believe it has something to d
