Hello,
I was wondering if I could get any help debugging the following error
message, which I am getting when trying to partition a disk in fai:
Starting setup-storage 1.4
Using config file: /var/lib/fai/config/disk_config/OFFICE
Executing: parted -s /dev/sda unit TiB print
Executing: parted -s /
ml one because the grml one
was crashing randomly on my test machine (which is similar to my lab
machines).
I appreciate any relevant feedback.

Hello,
It looks like this fix doesn't resolve the problem when a preserved
partition is desired. Still looking into it.

If anybody has any info on this before I keep digging on Monday, it
would be appreciated!

I'll go send a bug to the liblinux-lvm-perl debian package, but
ultimately, I bet they just pass along another field as a fix.
Anyway, apparently, this bug has legs.

At this point, I've managed to get installing wheezy with preserved lvm
partition working, which is what my work itch is. As a result, I'm
afraid I can't allocate much more time to trying to actively fix things.
If anybody takes it on, I'd be
Is there a reason it wasn't merged into the release?
