When looking an the setup-storage man page you config seems to be
reasonable. But I don't know if swap on lvm partitions with crypt is
supported.
Does it work if you use a plain partition for swap without lvm.

Just give it a try. This part of FAI (or setup-storage) was programmed
long time ago from someone else, so I do not now it this may work or
