If you can boot grub on this machine, you can also use an
FAI autodiscover ISO.

There's a mixed mode for partition tables which support GPT and legacy BIOS.

I've just learned that some network cards need to be set into a COMBO
mode for properly booting PXE in UEFI mode.

I have never been able to get any of our Dell machines to PXE boot in UEFI
mode. I switch the boot to BIOS mode and they’re fine.
This may not be the optimal solution. :)
