Hi Holger,
I will send you the contact person address and phone no. later in the day.
After some study I found out that the TS demuxing is done by the sigma
only.We just need to pass the streamtype as a parameter to the sigma by
means of the APIs(t for TS D FOR DVD AND S FOR PROGRAM STREAM).

has anyone located the IR-IN pin on the Siemens DVB-C cards? On DVB-S cards(old rev.)
its on block J2(pin 9) but I would need the pin location for the Siemens DVB-C.

Hi, I've done some investigation into the problems I'm having. I have
two WinTV Nova-T cards, with Grundig 29504-401 tuner modules. I'm using
the latest "dvb-kernel" driver from CVS under linux 2.4.20.
Whenever I tune a card for the first time, I always get the following
behaviour:

Hi, here's a patch (for dvb-kernel) that allows this tuner module to be
reloaded. There's no good way to detect the thing if it has been powered
down, so the code is larger than I had hoped to be as safe as possible.

I was using 20021229, which I thought was pretty recent, but I have now
downloaded 20030107 and I see you have made a lot of changes. I've run

Hi there,
in my box (K6-2 300 on Apollo VP3) i always had a few problems with the
driver and my Hauppage card. Now i've been able to track it down a bit
and send some traces.
I am using the current version of dvb-kernel and a 2.5.54 kernel.
Everything is installed as described in the README. And

Are you using the Nova-T from dabs or a full-feature card ?
After days of searching round on the net I have failed to find any
complete explaination on how to use the nova-t. Most stuff says that it
works as follows unless your using the nova-t but does not explain what
you do if you do have a

Hi Bruno,
You'll want to add '-qam 16 -cr 3_4' to both the dvbtune and dvbstream
lines.
Also 600 601 doesn't sound right, try 601 602 on 505833 (with -qam 16
-cr 3_4)
