It would be nice if you include information in reviews
weather the devices work with Linux or not and to
shame those like TwinHan who don't even provide
ibformation let alone drivers.

Do the Twinhan / VisionPlus VP1020 BT878 based DVB-S

Are the TwinHan / VisionPlus VP1020 cards supported by
the Linux DVB drivers ?
There seem to be big differences between the
dvb-kernel drivers that are in the kernel and the CVS
snapshots from http://www.linuxdvb.tv/download/

Also building the RPMs daily or whatever can be
automated can it not ?
Red Hat should do this but they just don't.

Any progress on a RPM driver for Red Hat ?
An RPM package of the DVB drivers would make it so
much easier to use the driver under Red Hat. Red Hat
8.0 and 8.1 don't have the DVB driver and it is too
hard for most people to install it so they just don't
bother or give up.

The DVB-s card works under Windows and I have all the
setting like IP, MAC address, Frequency, PIDs. I am in
Australia and the ISPs here use the MAC address not
