OK, after testing a lot more, I think, the card doesn't tune to the hi-band at
all. I only receive the channels up to 11,9GHz by the lo-band if I set the
switching-frequency up to 12GHz. With a switching-frequency of 11,7GHz only
channels below 11,7GHz are tuned.

To receive any channel at all with my Nova-S, I had to raise the SLOF to
11900. But I can't tune to channels on the Hi-Band, also with Windows it
works quite well.
I've tried changing the frequencies for days now - can't get it working.
Anybody got any suggestions?

Hi!
I can't get any picture with my Nova-DVB-S. The transmission is fine if I use
a digital-receiver or the card with windows and the same hardware.
Does the linux-driver need a better signal than the windows version?
