I now have a picture from my avermedia dvb-t card!
I was having a problem because it seems the scan application I got out of
CVS works differently to the documentation and instead of using settings
in initial.h now loads settings from seperate config files in the
dvb-t/s/c directories.

the Hauppauge Nova-t DVB-t card on kernel version 2.4.22 with no luck.
We have tried the msp430 patch by Jack Thomasson (including the "hack"
