I'm just starting to get to grips with how to use my Hauppauge Nova-T on linux, and to say I'm confused would be an understatement. As I understand it, I need the siemens_dvb drivers. I'm not sure whether I should use the siemens_dvb-0.9.4-2002-05-20.tgz from the VDR page or the latest snapshot

Hello John, Below is the output of the 'make', which was run after make clean && ./getlinks. The only thing I can see, which is probably irrelevant is that the DKBUILD_BASENAME appears to be video_buf whereas the it compiles to video-buf.o. Thanks, so "video-buf.o" gets build, but ... AFAIK
