Hi,
Didn't work for me either. It killed my xterm after a couple of keystrokes.
When I got the Irman everything went like a charm though. The sooner you can
get a lircd device the better.

Hi!
I'm trying to use the currend CVS release ov 0.9 driver vof DVB cards, I
have got a Hauppauge WinTV DVB-s, guess the new one, with an Aston Seca
CI, but don't know the version. I know this is not exactly the maximum
of the bug reports, but unluckly I can't test the infos missing from my
report
I have installed DTV 1.1.2 and I have made these settings in the file
dtv.conf :
set outdev0 [open_output DVBS 0]
source available_channels.dcl
source channel_list.dcl
add_channel_list -all $channel_list
set indev1 [open_input LIRCD]
set lircd_table_0 {
{ {UP} "+" } { {DOWN} "-" } { {a}
Hi,
I posted a minireview of DTV 1.1.2 earlier but have to revise it because I
made a major bummer in my lircd.conf. I had by mistake swapped the keys for
the "a" and "o" event :(
For DTV this means that practically all of the "bugs" mentioned in the
earlier post aren't there. What is left is th
Anybody done a new cable channel list for VDR yet?
I mean, with the correct new settings for Premiere World?
If not, should I make one and post it here?

I have done a binary search on recent driver versions and
found that the last version that works with VDR is the
CVS version from June 27th.
June 28th and later do not work.
Unfortunately, the difference between the driver subdirectories
alone is over 20 000 lines:
% diff -ru DVBJun27/driver DV
Hi,
I've tested DTV 1.1.2 the last night and found a few bugs along the way.
My system:
DVB card : Haupauge DVB-s ver. 1.3
DVB drivers: released from 18/6 or CVS snapshot from 26/6
Remote control: lircd via Irman

A script looks at /var/log/messages. VDR says "Starting timer
Same for me - as far as i can see i have a Rev 1.3 Card (at least that's
printed on the card)
But when i load the DVBs drivers automatically by the runvdr script the OSD
for the last tuned channel appears at the bottom of the screen - where the
