Speaking of email and servers, the threading on this topic has been
quite weird: many individual messages, only a couple nested (threaded)
messages.
I noticed this also and I think it has something to do with the message
that is being replied
I used to use sendgrid.
It was free but has a limit I think.

The main drawback to paying for my email is that I used to keep
everything on the IMAP server I controlled but I'm not comfortable
keeping some stuff on their server so I keep most stuff locally. It is
less convenient but I can live with it. :-)
