[LincolnTalk] Looking for a carpenter with 3-story ladder

We have a very tall, very old house. The wooden eaves at the very tip top have a board hanging loose. Just one board on the underside, I don't think it's a big job, but it's so high I don't think that the average handy-person could get up there. Also a good chance that some animal might be nesting
