There was a water main break at the intersection of Todd Pond and Lincoln Road
at around 5 last night. Fixed around 10pm. That might have stirred up some
sediment. Here on Todd Pond we had brown water as we flushed the air out of the
pipes in the morning.

We recently had some minor roof repair done by Universal Roofing
508-922-8108. They were one of the only roofers we could willing to some
repair rather than put a new roof on.

I have two (2) tickets to next Thursday’s Red Sox game against the Cleveland
Guardians that my wife and I cannot use. Pavilion Box 5, on the first base
side. Bought them for $152 total, looking to recoup cost if possible but will
entertain offers.

I got word from the folks at The Tack Room that they will be using a box to
roast the meat in, and that protein is only part of the menu. There will also
be vegetarian and gluten free options, as well as music, games, and a general
good time, all to support the Pan Mass challenge.

The ones we got quotes from were HartneyGreymont and Marquis Tree. They
were comparable so we went with Hartney as they do our tree care. I think
we also got a discount for doing the work in the off season, might be worth
asking about

Can anyone recommend an AC person who would do repair, not replacement, at
a not ridiculous price? Everyone we call in keeps pushing a full
replacement with heat pumps when I think we just have a leak.
