My thanks and congratulations to our DPW folks. After our last larg snowstorm,
a plow damaged our mailbox on Bedford Road. I reported it a couple of days
later and it was (beautifully) repaired and restored to its original condition
in just over a day’s time!
What a great bunch we have at the DP

Dear LincolnTalk,
Mechanical repairs are going well (knock on wood!) at Donelan’s and they hope
to start restocking in the next couple of days. Barring any setbacks, the
expectation is that they will reopen this week. As soon as we have more
information to share, we will do so.
Thank you aga
I want to give a “shoutout” for Edson Delinski - a wonderful
carpenter/contractor/handyman. He is so helpful and an excellent
craftsman…and his price is always reasonable. I know he works for many
people in Lincoln and rightly so. He can be reached:

Sara,
The MSPCA is amazing and deserves kudos galore!
I did read in the Lincoln Squirrel that the MSPCA has raised $12,000 against
the $5,000 cost for Bruno’s surgery:

Good point(S), Joanna.
I had not seen that MSPCA had been so successful in fundraising-now they have a
reserve for some not so “well-connected” cases.
Bruno is a poster-boy for a great campaign.
I will follow you example and make my next donation (I have already given to
MSPCA) and will give to T
Though I am a supporter of MSPCA and a client of Angell, the 'cost' is what
Angell would charge a customer with an injured pet. With the staff on
salary, the *actual* cost to Angell was probably pretty minimal - while the

him the acute health care interventions he needed. The MSPCA also advocated
for Bruno’s placement at his new location . All of these services cost money,
