Start with an orthopedist to ensure it is not the worst case.
They will then recommend next steps.
Given the time that has elapsed, I would not mess around with anyone else.

I have had a combo injury to my left hamstring and left arch for 2.5 months now
and rest isn't working at all. Anybody have recommendations on who to see about
