Dr. Urion is very well known. This “whole language” problem has been going on all over the state. State and federal law demands that kids be educated in their home districts when possible. For something like dyslexia, it’s def possible. It also costs the districts less, is less disruptive, etc.

New Lawsuit filed against Lucy Calkins, Irene Fountas, and Gay Su Pinnell in MA for their low quality curriculum they sold to MA schools, including Lincoln Public Schools. Despite pleas from Lincoln parents to remove the Lucy Calkins curriculum from LPS, also known as “Units of Study”, this subpar
