Thank you,

Hi All. Do any of you have a personal trainer you would recommend? If
you'd explain a little as to why you like them, that would be great. I've
included my phone number below if you'd prefer not to email about this.
Thanks.

these kind of noises. Try giving the baseboard covers next to the sounds a

I hope people will share their recommendations to the list. I am also
looking for a new company for ongoing maintenance of our mini split and
HVAC. We used Lavallee Systems and I *cannot* recommend them anymore.

Hello, LT community,
Does anyone have any suggestions for a stable, bike pedaler type device to use
at desk or while sitting ?
If anyone has something like that they would like to unload, or to loan, please
let me know.
Any suggestions would be welcome and appreciated.
Thank you,

Looking to install a minisplit and repair our garage heater. Anyone have
HVAC recommendations? We frequently use TJ's Plumbing and Heating and they
do great work but want another quote. Kirkland and Shaw will do the garage
heater fix but don't do mini split installations. Thanks in advance!

Thank you Linconites! There were many good suggestions offered re: COA,
