The CC, by all reports, is designed to separate generation/ ages in programming.Note all the programming charts presented by COA-HS & PRD.The use is to be multi- generational, not inter-generational… as proposed.Inter-general events are those I listed. We need more! Sent from my iPhoneOn Dec 4, 2022

Don’t bother with a “fresh cut” wherever you buy.
You need to make that cut right before you put it non the stand and add water.
Before you bring the tree in, be sure and stand it up and give it a good shake.
This will get out the loose needles.
Make the cut and score the end of the trunk about 3
We do already have, or “had,” some “engineered” intergenerational activities
and perhaps we need more.
Think about “First Day” at Pierce House, the pancake breakfast during Winter
Carnival, the April Alarm and Muster, the 4th of July and the Boy Scouts BBque
after, The Codman Farm Harvest Day
I prefer the word planned to engineered. Europe has a very low birth rate
and everything is socialized. A mixed blessing as everything is provided
but you have to follow the group.

We will be traveling in mid-January and would love to have someone stay

Both are large dogs, 45+ lbs, one brown/white, one black white. Safe on my back
