Reverting
tely rewritten so it's hard to compare directly
anymore to my script, but my script currently supports generating sd
cards in ubuntu/debian/fedora/gentoo (well those are atleast tested..)

On the "xM A2" holding down the user button just forces u-boot to use
'user.scr' vs 'boot.scr' it doesn't change anything related to the
bootrom/x-load sequence as mmc is default on those boards.
