buntu/+source/flash-kernel/+bug/1023952
I submitted a patch, but for the patch to be included in a "stable
release update" (aka SRU), it needs to be tested on a BeagleBoard-xM.
If you are running Ubuntu on a BeagleBoard-xM, will you help me test
this patch?

their repository. This goes along with a defect I found in the
linux-headers package for the same kernel.

So, now I am really confused. Is the real source in the
"kernel_build" subdirectory?

cludes the source in this
directory, so it appears that all files are tagged twice.

I guess the other files are from my experiments last week.

Does anyone know how to keep lightdm from starting during boot
without using update-rc.d to delete the symlinks? Ubuntu does not
have a multi-user command-line runlevel.

Is this the correct place to post this bug? Will the maintainer see

point to missing files.
Is there any chance the maintainer can fix the package?
Without those headers, I can't install the PowerVR SGX driver.

Yes, it stops there. Do you think something crashed?

erpret it.
I stopped lightdm using
# service lightdm stop
and then ran "startx", but the result was the same.
I didn't mess with the run levels because Ubuntu doesn't have a
multi-user non-gui run level.

The whole thing reminds me of the line from Zork: "You are in a
