Could you merge the attached commit ? It comes from next branch of
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davej/cpufreq.git. It
should be needed for the current linaro kernel cycle

packages started to fail to build. Most of problems were fixed but then
dpkg-cross hit us.
Today I looked at dpkg-cross and made attached patch to handle problem.
