reminder accidentals

i have this habit of forgetting to play certain notes as sharp of flat when a peice has a key signature other than c major. i would manually put in the "!" for accidental reminders but there are well over ten-thousand such notes in the peices that i am trying to play. does anyone know of a way to

thanks, Benjamin Esham and Paul Scott for the help. the regular expressions did the trick. the problem with the accidental-style being set to 'forget is that it would not remind the reader of accidentals called by the key signature, only those specified and reused within a measure. ___
