Bonjour à tous,
La partition que j'ai composée avec Lilypond tient sur deux pages + 1
portée sur une troisième page.
Comment << comprimer >> la partition pour qu'elle tienne sur exactement
deux pages ?
Merci à tous.

Hi all, bonjour à tous.
1. How can I ajust the position of the beginning of the slur in the
picture attached ?
I tried to override the control-points property of the slur object but I
couldn't find rules to use it and I just want to push sligtly the
beginning of the slur, not the entire slur
attachment-offset with a
good result.
Thank you in advance.

Hi all,
It seems that there is something changed in the rests' position command
from 2.6 to 2.7 release.
I have the 2.7.19 release. It's now difficult to tune vertical
position of rests with the \rest command. The position of the rest does
not fit closely anymore the position of the
Bonjour à tous, Hi all.
On the attached picture [original.png] at the sopano voice, at the
beginning of the measure, there are at the same time an F quarter note
with a mordent (only for this note) and a dotted eighth note A. In the
original score, these notes are well distinct and the mordent
Bonjour à tous, hi all !
Thank you very much, Tapio, Carrick and Erik for your help and your answers.
Thanks to you, here is a pretty good solution to my question. I adapted
the Tapio's
solution with the Carrick's advice about dot position. See attached file
compare.png.
Encore merci.

Hi all,
I try to lilypond a choral for organ of J.S. Bach with a pedal voice.
In the following picture, you can notice that there is no more space
between the key signature and the first notes of every line.
During the compilation I have the following warning : "Programmation

Hi everbody.
You can see in the following pictures 1. the original score, 2. the 2.8

Hi James,
You can use the following command before the note you want to shift,
here with an amount of 0.8 (what units ?):
\once \override NoteColumn #'force-hshift = #0.8
The amount can be negative to shift to the left.
The command doesn't always give some result.

Salut tout le monde !
Hi everybody !
I look forward a good lily template for the organ. I would like to
produce such staves (see the following picture from the Bach
Gesellschadt Edition) with :
1. A brace on the two first staves ;
2. The bar lines along the three staves.
I can do : 1. the b

Thank you very much Mats, it works fine now.
If someone asked you how to tune the distance between the pedal staff
and the manuale staves, what would you answer ? I know someone who
tried very hard with overrideProperty commands, VerticalAlignment etc.

Now, you can change the minimum y extent of the
pedal stave separately, if needed.

Hi all,
Is it possible to change the tempo within a piece (with \tempo 4 = 120
for example) with an effect to the the midi output BUT with NO
metronome marking printed in the layout output ?
Thank you in advance

Hi all lilyponders,
I can't solve note collision in the following example ; I send a picture
of the collision.
I tried to use the following instruction to push a note :
\once \override NoteColumn #'force-hshift = #10
with no result.
Is it a bug or am I bugged myself ?

compilation (translated from french) :
Warning : too much "column-note" collisions. Will be ignored.
