Are you actually referring to the 5 Kleine Praludien BWV 939-943, not
the six?

This looks very much like klavarskribo. I wonder if Wilbert Be
Hi Andrew;
I'm just trying to engrave what 8notes.com claims is the first of
the Six Little Preludes. Perhaps 8notes.com made a mistake? There is
no reference to a BWV catalog number.
Thanks,

Thank you Simon.
I had already looked briefly at IMSLP Bach Preludes, but there are so
many of them, I was not sure which one to choose from as a reference
to compare with the ones found at 8notes.com (I already have some
downloaded from Michael Kravchuk's website as well).
I have just download

And then, for a trill with a natural abo
Hello Ken, hello William,
instead of doing the thing in the documentation, which is quite unstable, I’d
suggest to directly modify the stencil as in the appended file.
Actually I’m planning to implement this properly at some point (i.e.
transposable), but I haven’t found the time yet.
Cheers,
Hello Hans;
Thank you for yet another, slightly different, but very helpful, suggestion.

Hello Valentin;
Thank you for your code which modifies the stencil.
I'll save this in my snippet folder and experiment using it shortly.
Thanks,
Ken

Hello Ken,
look here for a demonstration how easily you can get problems using the
approach in the documentation simply be doing things like avoid-slur inside or
by adding another text (although that one could be solved by fine-tuning the
script-priority). On the other hand the method that dire
Very instructive, thank you!

HI Jeff;
I had not yet looked at the specific scores from IMSLP, this is a very nice
detail.
Thank you for noticing and mentioning this; it expands my music knowledge
as well as my engraving skills.
