After putting my code into Frescobaldi I clicked the Lilypond icon and got this error message: Starting lilypond-windows.exe 2.16.0 [Untitled]... Could not start lilypond-windows.exe. Please check path and permissions. Lilypond 2.16.0 is installed. What do I need to do? Thank you

Hi Phil, Actually, I did. And it points me to "3.2.2 Custom headers footers and titles" which shows me all kinds of predifined strings for all kinds of headers, but there is no real footer string definition except for the Copyright and the Tagline. Nothing for all pages in between. I trie

documentation download?

For some reason I cannot find a download link for the documentation manuals for 2.16. I much prefer to have a copy on my own machine, rather than having to use web access. Is there such a link? I can only find links for much earlier versions, and even then only after using Google to find them.
