You'll probably notice this before 2.7.6 is released, but just in case, current cvs has a problem with a key-change occuring at the end of the line: it leaves space for the key change before the final bar line, then prints the key change after the final bar line (but still on the staff). Erik

I cannot repeat your problem here, but that's probably since you didn't include the header of your LaTeX file. My guess is that you have been hit by the problem discussed in http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2005-08/msg00017.html and some other emails to be found in the list archives.
