Sorry for the direct email, but I can't find setup
help anywhere.
In running setup.exe, it requires that I select a
download site, but I don't recognize any of the ones
listed. Arbitrary selections fail.
Help!

I finally decided to see if I could get point-and-click really working.
After reading the instructions in Appendix D I discovered that I did not
fully understand them:
Make sure that the environment variable XEDITOR is set to
emacsclient --no-wait +%l %f
I did not fully understand this at first.
After upgrading from lilypond 2.0 to 2.2, I've been trying to get
my book to compile again, and I think I've solved all the problems
except that all my music now gets typeset ragged right. The following
is a minimal example.

The FreeBSD port of lilypond is currently marked broken in
FreeBSD 5.x. This means that FreeBSD 5.x users who try to
install lilypond won't be able to, and will get a message
saying that the port is broken. I've posted a workaround
