Any decent scores that I have will start on the first page, and when the music ends,
the music ends near the bottom at the last page.
But for Lilypond, I find it weird because music sometimes end at the last page midway,
which means thats about half page blank. Maybe there's nothing wrong wi

I find myself just using \bar "|." rather than \bar "||"
at the of pieces. The lines look thicker that way.

Yes, that's how it was mean. When I went to see why the tutorial is
unclear on this, I noticed that there is nothing about bar lines in
the tutorial at all.

I'm using the debian lilypond (2.1.0-2) package. I made some tabs with
lilypond, which worked ok. I attached slurs to "notes" and i get
automatically a P for pull of and a H for hammer-on printed, but the P
and H are to big and collide with the slur and the "note". How can I
