Hi, still working on that Bach/Busoni piece, I again tried to get the b&h style collision handling. The default behaviour of LilyPond can be seen in bh-default.png, generated from bh-default.ly. My first solution to get an output closer to the b&h edition was bh-wide.png, generated from bh-wide.
