Ok, heheh, I found the missing file. When lily outputs the multiple
parts to individual files they are called
filename.pdf
filename-1.pdf
filename-2.pdf
etc etc
I was looking for filename-1.pdf through filename-6.pdf but lo and
behold! there is no -6 because of the aforementioned naming scheme.
So as mentioned in a previous message I got this working - outputting
multiple parts from a score. I just discovered that I am not getting all
the parts defined. I have a 6 part score, use the \book command for 6
different instruments, but lily only creates 5 .pdf files. It is
ignoring the firs
