I will post my final solution,
that I found with your help.
I think it is the simplest way to synchronize scores
with any kind of systemStartDelimiter
and without connection by a primary bar line.

on the left hand of the key signature when writing ossia?
Or:
Is it possible to get the same result like with

between some Staffs only?
