Hi Gilberto,
here are some tweaks that I consider to look better than the default
(one for the 16th and two options for the 32th notes):
\version "2.17.95"

\override Beam.length-fraction = #0.69
\override Beam.positions = #'( -3.91 . -3.91)
\slashedGrace {c32 c c c}
\revert Beam.length-
