Well, now, I don't know how to put it in my file...
You don't have to put information about the character encoding in your
file, your text editor (Notepad or whatever else you use) must save the
text file with the encoding UTF-8 instead of Latin1. If you use Notepad,
lobal \tenor >>
\new Staff << \global \basse >>
>>
}

As I've directly jumped from 2.2 to 2.6, I have some little pb to solve.
I'm using accented characters (like é, û, and è) in my header, and Lily doesn't
translate them. I
